Term 4: 4th October 2026 to 2nd Dec 2026
Classes undertaken at the institute comprise of series of levels ranging from Beginner, Intermediate through to Advanced. These levels are further divided into smaller classes, to ensure that every student can gain comprehensive knowledge of the extensive syllabus.
Sessions will consist of practical training in warm-up exercises, Shlokas, Postures, Adavus, Hastas and performance-oriented items, as deemed appropriate for each level. A brief overview of what each level consists of can be found below in the class structure. Students will be given additional resources such as practice videos and theory notes (at an extra cost) to aid their progress.
Students will undergo a formal practical and theory examination at the end of each level or whenever they are ready. Upon successful completion, they will receive a certificate of achievement and advance to the next level. Please note that assessment fees may apply.
